ZATAM LOANS is cloud software for microfinance institutions and similar lenders to manage borrowers, loans, repayments, branches, staff access, optional customer SMS, and reporting in one workspace.

No. We provide technology only. All lending, credit decisions, and customer relationships remain with your institution. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and licences.

You can register your organisation and explore the platform with your own tenant. No credit card is required to start. Commercial terms for ongoing use are agreed separately when you choose to continue.

An authorised representative of your institution should complete registration. That person becomes the administrator for initial setup (company profile, branches, and staff invitations).

Each customer organisation operates in its own tenant scope in the application. Staff permissions and branch controls further limit what users can see and do. See Security on the home page and our Privacy policy for more detail.

Customer SMS may be available depending on your configuration and commercial arrangement. Usage may be billed according to your plan and your SMS provider. Staff authentication messages may use a separate platform gateway as described in product documentation.

The web application is built to work in modern mobile browsers so field teams can sign in from phones or tablets where your policies allow. A dedicated mobile app may also be available depending on your deployment.
